I'm Ted Gaunt, a proud Iowa business owner. I've spent 28 years in corporate IT and 30 years owning and running small businesses. That means I've been both the tech department and the owner who has to make the tech pay for itself. Websites, marketing, automation, e-commerce, even professional video production: I've built and run it all.
I started Easy Biz Tech because I kept seeing the same problem. Owners work incredibly hard to get customers, then lose them because a call went unanswered, a lead never got a follow-up, or eight disconnected tools didn't talk to each other.
